South Texas Infrastructure and Development Group, LP (STIDG) has entered into an exclusive LOI with the Brownsville Navigation District (BND) for the preparation and implementation of an integrated master economic development plan (Plan). The Plan scope includes identifying target industries, and developing the corresponding port-wide improvements (workforce, technology, infrastructure – water, power, drainage – wetland management and land use) needed to recruit, locate, and support the industrial development targets to the BND.
As part of this effort, STIDG is looking to enter into agreements with EPC contractors to support the potential design, construction, and operations/maintenance of the infrastructure elements that will be developed in the Plan, as well as project management services to support the overall Plan Implementation.
