All Proposals must be submitted to Bidnet Direct @ www.bidnetdirect.com//portofbrownsville OR sealed and delivered to the Brownsville Navigation District, Procurement and Contract Supervisor. 1000 Foust Road, Brownsville, Texas, on or before Thursday, December 11, 2025 @ 2:00 PM.
